ROOF REPLACEMENT
Professional Roof Replacement in Huber Heights
PROFESSIONAL ROOF REPLACEMENT
Your Huber Heights home deserves a roofing system capable of handling the changing conditions of an Ohio year. From summer heat and thunderstorms to winter snow and freezing temperatures, your roof is exposed to the elements every season.
As roofing materials age, exposure can gradually affect the system’s performance.
When your roof has reached the end of its useful life or has experienced widespread damage, professional replacement can restore dependable protection and give your home’s exterior a fresh appearance.
Roof Guard Restoration provides professional roof replacement services in Huber Heights, OH. Our team works with homeowners to evaluate their existing roofing systems and provide straightforward recommendations based on the property’s condition.
We are committed to quality workmanship, quality materials, honest communication, and customer service. With a 5-Star Google Rating, we strive to provide an experience homeowners can feel confident about.
Protecting Huber Heights Homes
PROTECTING YOUR HOME
Huber Heights homeowners know that maintaining a home involves more than keeping the interior comfortable. The exterior must also withstand the elements throughout the year.
The roof is particularly important because it protects the entire structure from above.
An aging roof can gradually lose its ability to perform. Shingles may deteriorate, roofing components may weaken, and the system can become increasingly vulnerable to weather.
A professional inspection allows homeowners to better understand what is happening with their roof before deciding whether replacement is necessary.
Why Ohio Weather Matters
KNOW THE WARNING SIGNS
Ohio weather can change dramatically from one season to the next.
A roofing system may experience intense sunlight in the summer, heavy rainfall during storms, cold temperatures during winter, and repeated freeze-and-thaw conditions.
Over many years, these conditions can contribute to normal roofing wear.
Storms can also create sudden damage. Wind can affect shingles, while heavy weather can accelerate deterioration on an already aging roof.
If your Huber Heights home has an older roof, having it professionally evaluated can help determine whether it remains a reliable protective system.
After severe weather, a professional inspection can help Huber Heights homeowners determine whether roof repair can address localized damage or if a complete roof replacement is necessary.
Signs Your Roof Needs Replacement
BUILT FOR OHIO WEATHER
The Roof Has Reached an Advanced Age
An older roof should be monitored carefully. If it is approaching the end of its expected lifespan and has begun showing signs of deterioration, replacement may be appropriate.
Shingles Are Curling or Cracking
Widespread curling and cracking can indicate that the roofing material is deteriorating.
Shingles Are Missing
Missing shingles leave portions of the roofing system more exposed to weather.
Damage Is Spread Across Multiple Areas
A roof with widespread damage may be better served by complete replacement than by addressing isolated areas.
You Have Experienced Repeated Roofing Problems
Frequent problems can become frustrating and expensive. At some point, a replacement roof may offer a more dependable long-term solution.

Kammi Hudelson44 days agoThey did a wonderful job, my roof looks so pretty. The rep (Eric) and I think he’s the project manager (Paul) have been great about answering all my questions and have been there from the start including all the back and forth with insurance to getting the roof on. And currently while we are waiting for the gutters! Lord knows I’ve had about a million questions and they’ve answered quickly and never let them go unanswered. It’s nice to have my roof up to code and looking good. We are still waiting on the gutters but weather has not been in their favor lately and that’s not fault of theirs. They have been professional and always informing me of the next step. The roof crew were professional, very quick for a complete tear off including decking, and they were friendly. If you are in the market for a new roof I highly recommend roof guard. You won’t be disappointedPosted on Google

Rodney Johnson237 days agoWe had an excellent experience with RoofGuard Restoration from start to finish. Jeremy and John were hands-down the best to work with throughout the entire process. They communicated clearly, stayed on top of everything, and truly advocated for us. They also went above and beyond working with one of the worst insurance companies to make sure the necessary funds were approved for the work that actually needed to be done. That alone speaks volumes about their professionalism and commitment to their customers. We had both siding and a new roof installed, and every crew involved — siding, roofing, and gutters — was excellent. The workmanship was solid, the crews were respectful, and everything was completed as promised. What really impressed me was how well they worked with my 91-year-old father-in-law, who is not easy to please. They were patient, respectful, and made sure the job was completed to his satisfaction — and that says a lot. Top-notch company, great people, and quality work. I would absolutely recommend RoofGuard Restoration without hesitation. Great job, guys! — Rod JohnsonPosted on Google

Josh Phillips1149 days agoRoof Guard was great to work with. They were extremely professional from start to finish. The project manager and sale team were both very responsive and helpful any time we had questions. They made sure everything was exactly as we requested and the quality of work was nothing short of great! One side note which really impressed me about them. We had a flag hanging on our porch from a pole that had accidentally been broken during the install, was a complete accident. We had no intention of even say anyone anything because to be honest I probably should have taken it down before install. The next day they showed up and remove the old flag holder and installed a brand new one that was even better quality then the one that was broken. As a veteran, that was a nice touch. But as a customer it’s the small things like that. You won’t regret going with this team for sure.Posted on Google

Lenny pugh2212 days agoWhat a great experience I had from beginning to end dealing with Roof Guard. I contacted Shawn a couple of days after he left a hanger tag on my front door. Shawn inspected my roof within the hour after we spoke. He sent me pictures and videos of the storm damage he found. He contacted my insurance adjuster and set up an inspection with them. A few days later my insurance adjuster approved a roof replacement. I wanted a particular shingle that someone in my neighborhood had. John actually asked that neighbor what brand of shingles they were and found me exactly what I was looking for. I had scheduled another repair on my home and I only had 10 days to squeeze in a roof replacement. The team of Shawn, John and Jay made it happen in 7 days. Jay was outstanding the day of the replacement confirming everything that needed to be done. Jay came out the next morning after the replacement had been completed and found a couple of things that weren't up to his standards. These were small things I probably would have missed but he strives for perfection. I can't say enough good things about Roof Guard. They are a great team of professionals.Posted on Google
Dana Combs2223 days agoI was very pleased with Roof Guard & Restoration. The project manager, John, took care of us as if we were family. He handled all the phone work with my insurance company, which was hard for me to do while at work myself. The only thing I had to do was pick the color shingle we wanted and sign the contract for the work to be done by them. The roofers were very professional and cleaned up nicely. The job was done in a very timely manner. The roof looks very good and I have no complaints whatsoever with the work that was done. Joe Reffitt2536 days agoWhat an amazing experience!!!! I live in Fairborn, Ohio and took damage from the Memorial Day Tornadoes. I returned home one day after work and found a door hanger on my front door. I called for a free estimate and once the representative arrived and introduced himself he went right to work. He took pictures of the damage areas and suggested that we call the insurance if we wanted to move forward. The insurance adjuster came out and confirmed the roof work to be done. The work was scheduled but pushed back a day due to the weather. The next day on Saturday the crew showed up and started the work. Professionally worked hard and completed the work within eight hours!!!!!! WOW, an entire roof, tore off and then a brand new one put on in a regular days shift. These guys are amazing and came back to the house to make sure all the lose ends were taken care of and done to my expectations. Thank you Roof Guard for your hard work, I will be telling all of my friends, family and neighbors to call for help with their new roofs.Posted on Google

Dean Sweet2652 days agoSearched Yelp and found RGR and two other companies that were all rated well. Sent all three messages through the Yelp app and John B’s response was way faster and informative than the other two. He dropped by and looked at my issue then spent a lot of time and effort(three separate visits) discussing what he saw with my insurance company. Once that conversation was settled, the roofing team was very efficient and completely removed and installed the roof in a single day. Jay showed up shortly after the roofers were done and made sure all was cleaned up. I’d have zero hesitation recommending this company for any complete roofing replacements. Nice folks, diligent on their tasks and efficient. Kudos. Thank you.Posted on Google

Beginning with the initial visit by John and his understanding and guidance through the insurance claim, he went well above what he needed to do. He kept us posted on everything - meeting with the adjuster, the communication with the adjuster, when the materials would arrive and the scheduled work day. He even called that morning saying what a perfect day it was to replace a roof. The day the work was scheduled went off perfectly. Jay and his team again kept us posted on everything. Lori Reed2761 days agoI was fortunate to have John Bayer, the Owner of Roof Guard, knock on my door, to inform me of the storm damage my neighborhood had received. I knew about the hail, but never thought it would damage my roof. I let him inspect the roof, he took photos, and found extensive damage. He set up a time to meet my insurance adjuster, who agreed with John, and approved a new roof, which I am now enjoying. The new roof is a vast improvement over my old one, and has increased my home resale value, and curb appeal. I have been very impressed with his professionalism, and that of his team, and would highly recommend Roof Guard Restoration for your next roof!Posted on Google

Why Complete Replacement May Be the Better Choice
COMPLETE ROOFING SOLUTIONS
There is a difference between a roof with an isolated problem and a roof that has reached the end of its useful life.
If deterioration is widespread, replacing only individual components may not address the overall condition of the system.
A complete replacement gives homeowners a new roofing system rather than continuing to rely on an aging one.
The right decision depends on the condition of the specific property. That is why Roof Guard Restoration begins with an inspection and honest assessment.
Roofing Materials and Your Home
THE RIGHT ROOF FOR YOUR HOME
A new roof can change the appearance of your home while providing renewed protection.
Homeowners may consider several factors when selecting replacement materials, including:
- Appearance
